A flow that entails strength, flexibility and mobility, entwining them into a greater balance. Stillness ~ Relax into stillness and nourish the vessel with a sound bath of harp, flute, hang drum, didgeridoo, gong, singing bowls and various other instruments.

Irene worked diligently to gain one of the very few positions held in Australia from 2009 onward as a Level 5 Principal Trainer of Pilates.
